Announcement - June 6th, 2025

The Management Board of FMK sp. z o.o. informs that on June 6th, 2025, an agreement was concluded between Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. and a consortium consisting of: Polimex Mostostal S.A., represented by the capital group Polimex Budownictwo sp. z o.o. and Financing & Manufacturing & Know-How sp. z o.o. (FMK sp. z o.o.).

The subject of the agreement is the construction of High Storage Shelter No. 1 with accompanying infrastructure, for the purposes of unloading, storing and feeding biomass to power units 2-7 in Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A.

The scope of FMK sp. z o.o. includes the development of projects in all branches and the delivery, assembly and start-up of the technological system. Within the scope of deliveries, FMK sp. z o.o. supplies all technological equipment, including semi-portal scraper reclaimers, belt conveyors, separators and accompanying installations, for the transportation of biomass with a capacity of 2000 m3/h.

The deadline for final acceptance and commissioning of the subject of the agreement was set at 18 months from the date of agreement conclusion. The remuneration for the agreement will amount to PLN 307,5 million net (of which PLN 104,8 million net will be allocated to the consortium member FMK sp. z o.o.).
